What file formats do you deliver?
We deliver common embroidery machine formats including DST, PES, EMB, JEF, EXP, VP3, and other formats on request.
How quickly can I receive my file?
Standard turnaround is usually 4 to 12 hours depending on design complexity. Rush orders can be prioritized.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. We include unlimited workable revisions to help you achieve the right sew-out result.
Can I upload low-resolution artwork?
Yes. We can review low-resolution files and either digitize them directly or recommend vector conversion first when needed.
